We provide a quiet, professional environment with people like you. Our guests cook together, share meals with interesting conversations, teach each other new skills, garden, exercise, attend events & meetups, play games, watch shows & movies, and throw BBQs.

We furnish every room with desks and chairs, we don't overcrowd the rooms, and we keep a professional environment so that you have a quiet place to work, read, relax, study, and code. We have a garage with seating and work space and a spacious backyard with patio furniture. The weather in San Jose is nice all year long.

All guests are automatically enrolled in our unlimited food plan - for $10/day (the cost of 1 fast food meal) you get unlimited access to high quality nutrition, you never have to spend time shopping, and it is much more efficient and convenient than shopping individually. Plus, you get access to a much wider variety of food because we leverage the buying power of our entire community.

We pride ourselves in having the best cooking equipment: Vitamix blender, Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, rice cooker, toaster, high quality pots and pans, and cutlery. We also have private shelf space and fridge space for your personal food items. We want you to eat well, enjoy cooking meals, sharing food, and making smoothies with fresh fruits and vegetables. We love food!

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We invest in high quality mattresses, pillows, and sheets to ensure that you sleep well. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers, and nasal strips for those who snore. Our house stays clean because everyone contributes. If you make a mess, clean it up. Sheets and towels are cleaned by the house, so you always have access to clean bedding.
